Professional background
I have been working as a psychotherapist since 2011 and bring over fourteen years of experience to my practice. I offer individual, couples, and group therapy, as well as personal development workshops. Although I currently focus on supporting adults, my background also includes therapeutic work with children and adolescents, which gives me a broad understanding of family systems and emotional development.
In addition to my private practice, I work within the NHS, where I have been supporting individuals experiencing secondary mental health difficulties for several years. This work has deepened my understanding of complex emotional challenges and strengthened my commitment to providing grounded, compassionate, and trauma-informed support.
Since moving to the UK in 2015, I have been engaged in supporting the Polish community in London. Through my voluntary work with the Polish Psychologists’ Association (PPA), I offered psychological support to Polish-speaking individuals navigating life abroad, cultural transitions, and emotional difficulties. I also worked for the local charities, supporting young people struggling with mental health difficulties and homelesness.
Before relocating to London, I worked in Poland in private practice and as an educational psychologist in schools and educational centres. I also gained valuable experience in crisis intervention and hospital settings, which helped shape my calm, steady, and trauma-aware therapeutic approach.
My approach
At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I believe that safety, trust, and real human connection are the foundation for meaningful change.
Whether I work with individuals or couples, my aim is to create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and find new ways forward.
I tailor my therapeutic tools to each client’s needs – drawing from a variety of approaches with a focus on presence, depth and respect for your unique process.
