Online therapy

Online sessions are a good form of psychotherapy for anyone who cannot attend sessions in person.

There are many reasons for not being able to have a session at the therapist’s practice:

  • you live too far from any psychotherapist, but you really need help
  • you want to work with a specific psychotherapist but you live in different countries or cities
  • you have some medical problems which make it difficult to travel
  • you find the internet a better and more intimate space to talk about your problems

The structure of online sessions is the same as the face to face ones.

An individual session lasts 50 minutes and costs according to the current fees for individual or couples psychotherapy.
